Entry Level I.T. Support - Sylmar, CA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Hardware related*
• Understand basic Networking, TCP/IP
• Be able to provide basic Desktop Hardware Support
• Setting up new computers, configuring computer hardware, operating
systems, printers, and scanners
• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving
hardware issues

• Troubleshooting smart phones, tablets, and other connected devices

*Software related*
• Ability to provide Basic Software Support
• Installing basic software systems
• Diagnosing and solving software related issues within reach
• Ability to clearly communicate software issues to the IT manager,
in-house or 3rd party and follow-up until issue is resolved.
• Ability to do research and find software or hardware solutions as needed.
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook,

*Other requirements*
• Ability to work well within a group and independently
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Provide easy-to-understand explanations and instructions to non-techies
• Patiently train others on how to use specific technology
• Must be extremely organized and Detail oriented

• Excellent Documentation skills
• Must have CA driver’s license
• Permit to work in the USA
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Quick learner, multi-tasker and maintain strong attention to
detail
