Security Paving Company, Inc.
WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Introduction and Scope
Security Paving Company, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at
https://www.securitypaving.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use,
share, and protect personal information from visitors to the Site. It also describes your rights
regarding your personal information, including rights available under California law.
This Policy applies to information collected through the Site only. It does not apply to information
collected through other channels, such as employee data collected during the employment
relationship, which is governed by separate notices.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide through the Site:
• Contact Form: name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of
your message or inquiry.
• Employment Application Form (Careers Page): full name, mailing address, email
address, phone number, and resume or CV content (which may include employment
history, education, licenses, credentials, and other information you choose to include).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically via Analytics
We use Google Analytics, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to collect information about
how visitors use the Site. This technology automatically collects:
• IP address (which Google may use to infer approximate geographic location).
• Browser type and version, operating system, and device type.
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, scroll depth, and links clicked.
• Referring website (the site you came from before visiting ours).
• Date, time, and duration of your visit.
• A unique cookie-based identifier assigned by Google Analytics (_ga, _gid, and related cookies).
This data is transmitted to and processed by Google LLC on our behalf. Google Analytics data
is aggregated and used to help us understand Site traffic and usage patterns. We do not use
Google Analytics to identify individual users by name or contact information.
2.3 Information Collected by Google Tag Manager
Our Site uses Google Tag Manager (GTM), a tag management system operated by Google
LLC. GTM itself does not collect personal information, but it deploys and manages the Google
Analytics script (and potentially other tags in the future) on our Site. When GTM loads on your
browser, it may transmit technical data to Google's servers. GTM is governed by Google's
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
2.4 Information Collected via Google Maps
Certain pages on the Site embed Google Maps iframes to display our office and facility
locations. When these pages load, your browser communicates directly with Google's servers.
Google may collect your IP address and other technical data in connection with rendering the
map. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, not ours.
2.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our Site uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device. The following cookie
categories are in use:
• Essential Cookies: Required for the Site to function correctly (e.g., maintaining form
state). These cannot be disabled without impairing Site operation.
• Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics): _ga (persists 2 years), _gid (persists 24 hours),
and related cookies that assign a unique anonymous identifier to your browser session
for traffic measurement purposes. These are third-party cookies set by Google LLC.
You may manage or refuse cookies through your browser settings. Please note that refusing
analytics cookies will not impair your ability to use the Site. Most browsers allow you to delete
cookies, block cookies from specific sites, or block all third-party cookies. For more information
on managing Google Analytics cookies specifically, visit:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
• To respond to contact form inquiries and service requests.
• To receive, evaluate, and communicate with employment applicants.
• To measure and analyze Site traffic and usage patterns through Google Analytics, so we
can improve Site content and user experience.
• To operate and maintain the technical infrastructure of the Site.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations, including responding to lawful legal process.
• To protect the rights, safety, and property of the Company, our employees, clients, and
the public.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third
parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We share information only in the following
circumstances:
• Google LLC (Analytics): We share Site usage data with Google LLC through our use of
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. This data is used to provide us with
analytics services. Google may also use this data in accordance with its own privacy
terms. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google's privacy policy is at
https://policies.google.com/privacy.

(including IP address) to Google when the page loads.
• SoSimple AEC (Web Hosting/CMS): Our Site is hosted and managed through SoSimple
AEC. As our hosting provider, SoSimple AEC may have access to data transmitted
through the Site in the course of providing hosting services. SoSimple AEC acts as a
service provider and is not authorized to use your data for its own purposes.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose personal information when required by applicable
law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or government request, or when we believe in
good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or protect the
safety of individuals.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or
sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We
will notify you of any such change in ownership or control that materially affects this
Policy.
5. California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) Disclosure

unauthorized interception or recording of electronic communications. In connection with this
Site, we make the following disclosures:
5.1 Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
Our Site deploys Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager. This technology observes and
records user interactions with the Site — including pages visited, clicks, scroll behavior, and
session duration — and transmits that information to Google LLC's servers. This constitutes the
collection of data about your electronic communications with and activities on the Site.
By using the Site, you acknowledge and consent to this collection of interaction data for
analytics purposes as disclosed in this Policy.
5.2 No Session Replay or Keystroke Capture
We do not use session replay software (such as Hotjar, FullStory, or Microsoft Clarity) that
records screen-level video of your browsing session. We do not use keystroke capture tools that
record text you type before you submit a form. We do not operate real-time chat or messaging
tools on this Site.
5.3 Third-Party Scripts
Third-party scripts deployed via Google Tag Manager (currently limited to Google Analytics)
may observe your interaction with the Site as described above. Any future addition of third-party
tools through GTM will be reflected in an updated version of this Policy.

You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
6.4 Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, under the CPRA,
sharing personal information with Google through Google Analytics for cross-context behavioral
advertising may constitute "sharing." To the extent such sharing occurs, you may opt out by:

https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
• Adjusting your Google Ad settings at https://adssettings.google.com

your privacy rights.
