https://www.securitypaving.com (the "Site"), operated by Security Paving Company, Inc. ("Company","we","us", or "our"), a California corporation.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS
AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE.


These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. We reserve the
right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued
use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Site is operated by Security Paving Company, Inc., a California-licensed general
engineering contractor (CA License No. 116307), for the purpose of providing information about
the Company, its services, projects, and employment opportunities. The Site is not intended for
use by competitors, for unauthorized commercial purposes, or by persons in jurisdictions where
such use is prohibited.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The Site is intended for use by adults aged 18 and older. By using the Site, you represent and
warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from
persons under 13. If you are under 13, do not use this Site or submit any personal information

• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications (spam).

of Security Paving Company, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by United States and

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes
only. This license does not include the right to:
• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site content.
• Download or copy any content except as expressly permitted by functionality built into
the Site.
• Use any content for any commercial purpose or for public display (commercial or non-
commercial) without our prior written consent.

The name "Security Paving Company, Inc.," associated logos, and all related names, logos,
product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Security Paving Company,
Inc.. You may not use such marks without prior written permission from the Company. All other
trademarks referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners.

6. User-Submitted Information

By submitting information through our Contact Form or Careers page, you represent that:
• All information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the right to submit the information and it does not infringe the rights of any

• Your submission does not contain any viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use information you submit for the
purposes described in our Privacy Policy (e.g., to respond to your inquiry or evaluate your

The Site integrates Google Maps and uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager,

7.3 SoSimple AEC (Hosting Platform)
Our Site is hosted and managed through SoSimple AEC, a third-party web platform provider.
Your use of the Site is also subject to SoSimple AEC's applicable terms and policies. We are
not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or other service interruptions attributable to
SoSimple AEC.

8. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE
THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express
or implied, including but not limited to:

OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF THE
COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total cumulative liability to
you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred
dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

service providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors,
agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments,

acknowledge and agree that:

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms, their subject
matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be
instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States located in the Central District of
California or the state courts of the County of Los Angeles, California. You waive any and all
objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at the address in Section 17
and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally
within 30 days of receiving written notice.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable
law, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and
enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.2 Waiver
No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall
operate as a waiver of such right or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right
or remedy preclude any other or further exercise thereof.

15.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced
herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Site
and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations,
and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.

15.4 Assignment
You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written
consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely, including in connection with a merger,
acquisition, or sale of assets.

15.5 No Professional Relationship
Use of the Site does not create a contractor-client, employer-employee, joint venture,
partnership, or any other professional relationship between you and the Company. Nothing on
the Site constitutes an offer or solicitation to enter into any contract or agreement.

15.6 Force Majeure
The Company will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes
beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic,
labor disputes, government actions, Internet or telecommunications failures, or power outages.
